A birth and postpartum doula is a trained and certified professional who assists in childbirth and postpartum support and education. The goal of a doula is to ensure that women and families have a memorable, empowering, and safe birth and postpartum experience. I provide comfort measures from physical support, emotional support, nutritional, homeopathic and aromatherapy support, pregnancy/birth/postpartum education, and non-clincal advice.

2 Postpartum-Visits
From in-person check-ins, postpartum education, breastfeeding support, to light housekeeping duties (Laundry, Dishes, Meal-Prep), overnight newborn+sibling care, a wide array of postpartum support available.
$75 per visit (2-3 hours)
$25/ Hour Overnights
Includes all services from Birth and Postpartum packages- Up to 10 postpartum visits. Birth Pictures and Overnight care not included.
Includes Birth Doula Package and Birth Pictures Package.
